Dr. Larry Wayne Epperson is a board-certified neurologist practicing in Montgomery, AL.

Dr. Epperson has extensive experience in movement disorders and neuromuscular disease. Whether you or a loved one is navigating unexplained symptoms or a known neurologic disorder, our team is here to provide answers, clarity, and compassionate support. We welcome patients dealing with general neurological complaints as well as those with complex conditions such as seizures, neuropathy, multiple sclerosis, and more.

Dr. Jessica Epperson McLemore is a board-certified neurologist practicing in Montgomery, AL.

As a native of Montgomery, Dr. McLemore graduated from Trinity Presbyterian School and then studied Biomedical Sciences at Auburn University. After a medical mission trip to Malawi, Africa, alongside her father, Dr. Larry Epperson, she discovered her calling was to follow in his footsteps to become a physician. She attended UAB Medical School and completed her Neurology Residency at UAB.

Dr. McLemore loves all aspects of general neurology, including headache, neuropathy, neck and back pain, stroke, and autoimmune diseases of the nervous system. She has a passion for educating her patients on a healthy lifestyle and focuses on prevention of chronic disease. Dr. McLemore is now accepting new patients.

She is thrilled to be serving the community where she grew up with her husband, Estes, and their young four children.
